What are your hours of operation?
Monday – Thursday we’re open from 11am – 9pm. Friday 11am – 9pm. Saturday & Sunday come visit us early from 9am – 9pm.
Where are you located?
We’re hitting LA and the OC with 2 locations this year! Our Santa Monica location address is 2307 Lincoln Blvd Santa Monica, 90405. Our newest location is at 6670 Pacific Coast Highway Long Beach, 90803. From the Westside to the LBC, we got you covered.
When do you open & close for the season?
Open season starts Friday, November 21st. Get ‘Em Fresh. We pack up for the North Pole at 9pm on Christmas Eve.
Are you pet friendly?
We love our furry friends and encourage you to find Instagram moments at our Christmas tree lot!
Where are your trees from?
Santa brings us our fresh trees directly from Central Oregon with snow still on the branches.
Are your trees freshly cut?
Yes! We freshly cut our trees for display and offer fresh cut with each purchase.
What types of Christmas trees do you sell?
All trees are beautiful. We select the freshest Noble, Douglas Fir, Silvertip, Nordman, and Tabletops for your home.
What size trees are available?
We have our 12 foot Admirals all the way down to our little 2-4 foot TableTops. Need a specific size for your home or office? Call us, we got you.
Do you carry flocked (white/snowy) trees?
Unfortunately, we do not flock our trees. We like our trees au naturel 😉
Can I tag or reserve a tree early?
Yes! When you find your dream tree we’ll tag it and bag it for pickup or delivery.
Do you have TableTop or mini trees?
Of course! We love our small, yet mighty trees. They range from 2-4 feet.
How do you price your trees?
We’re simple here. Fractions are for grade school. We price them in 1 foot increments. Our prices vary by tree type.
What products can I order online?
Christmas trees, accessories, stands, wreaths, garland, and more can all be purchased online. Our friendly staff can deliver your Christmas items right to your home!
Does pricing include tree stands or are they sold separately?
Pricing does not include tree stands. If you have your own stand, we are happy to install it for you or ours are available for purchase.
Do you offer trimming or shaping?
Our dedicated team will shape and trim your tree for free, giving it that perfect shape.
Can you drill a hole in the base for a stand?
Yes. We drill trees and can accommodate any tree stand.
Is there food? What types of drinks do you serve?
We do not service food. However, you are welcome to DoorDash food while listening to live music.
We offer a wide variety of craft beer, canned cocktails, carefully selected wine, sodas, and waters to make it a magical experience.
Can you help load the tree onto my vehicle?
Absolutely! We take care of it all. We load it, protect your car, and will tie it down for safe travels.
Do you protect my car from being scratched or damaged?
We love cars. That’s why we’re the ONLY Christmas tree lot that uses heavy duty paper to protect your car and tree.
Live music?
Our musicians are like family. Come sip, shop, and vibe with the newest up-and-coming artists in town. Never a cover charge. Just good people.
Is there an admission fee?
No admission fee ever. Come enjoy a drink, live music, and the most select Christmas Trees.
Do you offer tree disposal or recycling after the holidays?
Yes! Our services do not stop after Christmas. We offer our Tree-Cycling Service that picks up your tree, removes the water, and restores your home like new. We’ll take care of the whole thing. Leave it to us.
Do you do private events and birthday parties?
Come party down with Wines & Pines. We do birthdays, holiday parties, and more, including VIP seating and drink specials.
Is there free parking?
Like Monopoly it’s always free parking at Wines & Pines.
Do you accept cash?
We happily accept cash, credit cards, and buried treasure. Checks are no bueno.
Do you deliver?
Heck yeah! Our professional staff will deliver your tree, set it up, and ensure it’s perfect!
Can I place an order for delivery over the phone?
Yes! Over the phone or online works for us!
What does the delivery charge include?
We deliver your beautiful tree to your door, bring it inside, make sure it’s set up straight and sturdy, leaving your house smelling like Christmas.
Are your trees sprayed with a non-toxic flame retardant?
We do not flame retard our trees unless it’s for a commercial location.
How do I keep my tree fresh?
Please make sure to water your tree right away. Check your tree daily to make sure it’s staying hydrated. Your tree will drink the most the first few days as it settles into your new home. A quick note to also keep in mind! Please be aware of the placement of your tree. Christmas trees prefer the cold. Placing near the fireplace, furnace, or under / beside a heating vent can cause severe dry out. Even near a bright window, your tree is at risk of getting crispy before the season ends.
Does boiling water help my tree last longer when I bring it home?
Boiling water might be trending on TikTok, but do not do this. Humans don’t drink boiling water and neither do trees.
Do you sell preservatives or recommend any?
We sell Keep It Green and believe in it too! A small capful of this product goes a long way to keep your tree fresh!
What happens if my tree dies?
Just like people, genetics matter. We get a handful of trees that look amazing, but don’t last the season. Call us. We’ll get you a tree replacement your family will love.
